(Dynamo from the Greek word dynamis; meaning power) Dynamo Workout is a comprehensive and dynamic training. The exercises are easily adaptable to your own needs and capacities; it is therefore suitable for any level of experience, from total beginners to experienced movers.
The class consists of serial movements combinations; interweaving and alternating variations in speed, dynamic, movement patterns, planes, directions and coordination exercises. It will address eye focus (either eyes opened and closed) and body parts moving in the same or in opposite direction.
The combination of simple tasks given to different body parts simultaneously, allows to observe the body-mind complexity when executing a multitask movement and to refine their relationship.
