As a teacher Jill's clientele has ranged from athletes and professional dancers to everyday people wanting to redesign their bodies or alleviate painful back problems. In her classes she focuses on creating a safe haven for people to push and rediscover their bodies as well as creating a deep understanding of Pilates principles for people to take into their everyday lives. Jill also pulls from other disciplines for classes, using dance, yoga, various martial arts, Feldenkrais, BMC, and BrainGym to expand vocabulary and create warmth and flow. |
