Personal Coaching
Personal sessions provide the chance for a single focus: the trainer can dedicate all her attention to your personal needs. An initial physical screening will provide the information needed to deliver a program that suits your personal needs, builds on your strengths and works on your weaknesses.
Personal Pilates and Gyrokinesis sessions can help with the recovery from injuries, and support women’s condition during and after their pregnancy.
They help people with demanding schedules with their inner balance, top sports(wo)men and dancers with injury prevention, and basically everyone with specific wishes and needs.
With injuries we work in line with your doctor’s or physiotherapist’s advice.
Personal Pilates session may include mat work and equipment, like REFORMER, WALL UNIT, THE COMBO CHAIR AND THE CLARA STEP BARREL.
Personal Ballet sessions are tailored to your personal level and build on your experience and capabilities. They may help you with a next step, realize a dream or prepare for an upcoming performance.
Personal session on Yoga and BOSU are also tailored to your specific needs and wishes.
Each session lasts an hour.
Personal coaching allows us to speak to your needs, follow your pace and physical capacities. Moreover, they provide an opportunity for a more integrated approach, addressing the relationship between self-perception and physical possibilities. They help connecting body and mind.
We offer personal sessions on appointment. Please call us to schedule a day and time. We are also open during the weekends.
Duo lessons
After a minimum of 10 personal sessions or a full trimester of group lessons we also offer the possibility for duo sessions.
These provide an attractive and effective way of personalized training together with someone from the same level.
Both personal and duo sessions have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Our 10 session cards have a validity of 5 months. Cards are personal. We do not refund cards.
