We are excited to announce that Chao Shi – a former dancer with the National Ballet – brings the BalletFit class to our studio.
This class, designed by Chao himself, is a combination of classical ballet and Pilates. It consists of:
- toning muscles and improve flexibility and core
- ballet related exercises with and without barre
No experience with ballet necessary!
The class will take place on Wednesdays from 20:15 till 21:15.
The launch date is June 7th and this lesson is free! So come and try it.
