Fit@50 plus is not only suitable for seniors but also for those who suffer from arthritis, arthrose, osteoperosis, stenosis, spine/neck-complaints or MS.
At this lesson we train at a slower pace and with more individual attention. It is safe and recommended for everybody who is recovering from pain or injuries.
