Begin your Monday mornings with Jumping® Fitness!
From August 28th we’ve added a new class to our schedule – each Monday from 8:00 till 9:00.
And from September 5th an extra class will be on Tuesday evenings from 20:15 – 21:15.
Jumping® Fitness is a dynamic fitness interval training system: low impact, high intensity.
The basis of jumping is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and “power sports” elements.
Remember to sign in at Studio Schedule as the number of trampolines is limited.
