Pilates flow

As Pilates is known as an exercise system that focuses on core strength, flexibility and body awareness, Flow Pilates emphasizes special on the breath.

You use the rhythm of your breath to perform your Pilates exercises, so you will be able to train in a more relaxed way and not “overwork” yourself.

Effort and relaxation alternate in dynamic series of movements to strengthen your muscles and giving them more flexibility. The guided way of moving gives you extra body awareness and a nice Body & Mind workout for more pleasure!

When: Tuesdays 17:00 – 18:00 with Madeleine van Rossum.
