In this fun and dynamic class, you will be aided and challenged by the use of balls of all sizes.
Whether it’s massaging with Franklin balls or doing push ups with a fitness ball, come prepared to activate your core, experiment with movement, test your limbs, and find joy playing with the balls. And, you never know what other props will pop up!
This is Level 2 due to the challenge of fitness balls and is not a class for beginners. Please come to this class with a basic knowledge of the Pilates principles and the ability to sustain core activation.
