As a little girl my mum took me to ballet class. That’s where my love for movement and fascination for the human body started.
After my ballet training and dancing, I enjoyed teaching ballet for more than 25 years in my own ballet school The Dance Corner.
When I ended this career, Pilates became my new passion. First as a client and later as a certified Pilates Mat teacher. I am convinced that this method supports developing a mind-body consciousness.
The focus in my teaching is efficiency, simplicity and effectiveness in how to perform the exercises. Conscious breathing makes the training easier, lighter and more joyful. Besides strengthening your muscles I aim to guide you in balancing your body and your mind.
Currently I am studying the Polestar Pilates Comprehensive education.
