Tom studied urban and contemporary dance at “De Theaterschool” in Amsterdam and graduated in the year 2015. With a lot of experience in ballet, contemporary, Horton and house technique he is always looking for new ways to challenge himself and his body.

That’s when he found Jumping Fitness, a low impact but high intensity workout that will get your heart pumping and will leave you satisfied when leaving the studio. Not only is it fun, it is also very effective, whether you want to lose weight, improve your cardio or gain stability, Jumping Fitness is the way to go!
