Feldenkrais helps you to unlock physical and mental potential through working with the body.

During our life, we have acquired different composure and movement habits. Some of these habits are good but others limit us or may cause pain and damage.

Through a delicate series of movements, which resemble the way babies develop their movements, we teach you to move more easily. As a result, movement possibilities expand, physical complaints may be reduced and general consciousness increases.

There are two ways to learn Feldenkrais:

  • Group lessons: Awareness through movement (ATM) and
  • Individual lessons: Functional integration (FI).
