Jumping® Fitness is a dynamic fitness interval training system: low impact, high intensity.
The basis of jumping is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and “power sports” elements.
Jumping® Fitness is three times more effective than jogging and most other types of endurance sports. This is due to the constant gravitational changes, which involve more than 400 muscles being tightened and relaxed at the same time.
Jumping was born in 2001 in Czech Republic and brought to our studio by Karem Verkade, the only official representative of the method in the Netherlands.
Please remember to sign up online as the number of trampolines is limited. Bring also your indoor sneakers, water and a towel. Take notice of the fact that we jump with HEADPHONES on.
