The Pilates TRX Burn class utilizes Pilates, props, TRX suspension straps and your body weight to give you a great body work out.
Fully adaptable to your strength and fitness level, you’ ll work every muscle in your body (and probably find ones you didn’t know you had) to challenge strength, conditioning and balance.
Men and women will be rewarded with some great results!
Classes are every Wednesday and Thursday.
