US Polestar Pilates and Dance Trainees teach at our studio from June 26 – June 28
Mallory is a recent graduate of Rutgers University receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. She is also a Polestar Pilates Teacher in training and a certified yoga instructor.
Javier is a movement based artist from San Juan, Puerto Rico, who recently graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, USA, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. He is also a Polestar Pilates Teacher in Training.

Pilates keeps you fit and makes you stronger!
And thus we have yet enriched our schema with another variation of it.
Fit@50 plus is not only suitable for seniors but also for those who suffer from arthritis, arthrose, osteoperosis, stenosis, spine/neck-complaints or MS.
At this lesson we train at a slower pace and with more individual attention. It is safe and recommended for everybody who is recovering from pain or injuries.

NEW! BalletFit class starts in June
We are excited to announce that Chao Shi – a former dancer with the National Ballet – brings the BalletFit class to our studio.
This class, designed by Chao himself, is a combination of classical ballet and Pilates.
The class will take place on Wednesdays from 20:15 till 21:15.
