Jumping Fitness

Jumping® Fitness is a dynamic fitness interval training system: low impact, high intensity. The basis of jumping is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and “power sports” elements.

Jumping® Fitness is three times more effective than jogging and most other types of endurance sports. This is due to the constant gravitational changes, which involve more than 400 muscles being tightened and relaxed at the same time.

Jumping was born in 2001 in Czech Republic and brought to our studio by Karem Verkade, the only official representative of the method in the Netherlands.

How do I book a class?

Join one of our two weekly classes – Tuesday’s at 18:30 & Thursday’s 18:15

these classes have a duration of 45 minutes

Please click here to reserve your spot in advance as the number of trampolines is limited!

IMPORTANT: all jumping classes take place at the school next door: De Kleine Reus, Nieuwe Looierstraat 9 on the 2nd floor.

Please be sure to bring a pair of clean indoor shoes, a water bottle and towel to be able to participate in this class.
