Pilates Mat: Level 1, 2, 3
We offer group classes in mat and springboard format. To guarantee personal attention for every participant, we keep our groups small and distinguish within performance levels.
Recommended for an in-depth understanding and mastery of the Pilates method. Extremely beneficial as injury prevention & rehab regime and pre & post natal.
The program offers a gradual progression:
Mat level 1 – Beginners
This course takes you through the basic exercises. The slow and focused manner create a strong foundation for your advancement to level 2.

Mat level 2 – Intermediate
This course increases the results gained from Level 1.
