Betul studied Computer Engineering and was a professional voleyball player before. She was searching something new and fun and then she found jumping fitness.
Her aim is to combine high intensity and low impact cardio with a lot of fun. In her classes, she tries to challenge everyone who wants to get in shape, burn calories, improve stamina & balance and reduce stress.
She is certified Jumping Fitness instructor. Betul is originally from Turkey and is now based in Amsterdam.

- On this Sunday we had a female instructor for Jumping Fitness and she was awesome and talented, making Jumping Fitness both fun and an incredible workout. Very upbeat personality which was motivating.
