Julie worked as Biology teacher for 5 years and has a PhD in Biology. She is passionate about ballet and danced in a conservatory for 5 years in France. That’s when she discovered the benefits of Pilates both for strengthening and to recover from injuries. She moved to Amsterdam to start her professional career as a Pilates teacher.
She’s a certified Progressing ballet technique instructor. She’s energetic, friendly and loves to share her love of Pilates and ballet, while helping others achieve their personal goals.
