belly dance – pilates

This class is a combination of Pilates and Belly Dance. Both disciplines focus on the core of the body and on fluid and healthy movement.

We will learn to disassociate our muscles and move in different planes. Through abdominal work we will strengthen our core and improve our posture. Through ondulations and rotations we will gain range of movement and body awareness.

In this class we will release tensions, strengthen the core and stretch our muscles. We will dance and have fun! 

No previous experience with Pilates or Bellydance is required.
