We offer group classes in mat and springboard format. To guarantee personal attention for every participant, we keep our groups small and distinguish within performance levels.
Back to Basics classes are for those who have just started with Pilates or wish to understand the method better. We work with the basic principles of STOTT Pilates.
Mat 1 classes focus on teaching a variety of basic exercises. Your objective is to learn to perform all exercises with proper breathing, focus and core stability.
Mat 2 classes are intended for those who have done more than 20 lessons and who are strong enough to perform all basic exercises at an appropriate level.
Mat 3 classes are intended for those who have developed an understanding of the method and are ready for advanced level exercises.
